The courts of Tamil Nadu, India are the only ones that have jurisdiction.

Any conflict that emerges as a result of or relating to these Terms shall first be negotiated in good faith. Failure to resolve within 30 days: In case the same is not resolved within 30 days, the case shall be subjected to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and arbitration shall be done in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in English language. The arbitrator will make a final decision which will be binding.
